Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Royal Glide VIP, we understand that plans can change. Please read our policy below:

Cancellations made more than 2 hours prior to pick-up are eligible for a full refund excluding Stripe fees.

Cancellations made within 30 minutes to 2 hours are eligible for a 50% refund, minus Stripe fees.

Cancellations made less than 30 minutes before pickup or no-shows are non-refundable.

We may issue full refunds in unsafe conditions or genuine emergencies, at our discretion.

All refunds exclude non-refundable Stripe fees.
